the development of the community over a 20 year
planning horizon - - Update mapping and policies, using the latest
available information from the City, Province and
the Conservation Authority - Review and revise, where appropriate, the land
use designations and policies to direct and
manage new growth and, - Prepare Urban Design Guidelines.

annually within each upper tier and single-tier
municipality will be within the built-up area
