Reporting mechanism

• A reporting scheme ( monitoring) is described in
  the FA
• Yearly, during the first 3 years to the Social
  Dialogue Committee (2005-2006-2007) table
• After 4 years (2008) full report
• Therefore, the in out communication is
  essential
• Internally with your affiliates at national
  level
• At EU-level with us
• The 3 seminars were the 1st step
• Here we will also use the monitoring tool your
  contributions

• Tools procedures are needed to conduct the
  impact analysis ? effects of the FA
• Qualitative report (1st yr)
• Quantitative aspects
• The checklist that we have used allows us to
  monitor the implementation of the agreement
  within the EUs different countries

Impact Assessment

• The impact assessment will consist of
• Quantitative data (from the report, etc.)
• Qualitative data
• Did we succeed to decrease stress at work?
• Which were the main pros cons of the FA?
• How could we improve the instrument?
• Develop future instruments?
• Etc.
