Since we have same number coefficients with
opposite signs, elimination would be most
efficient. Simply ADD the equations.

• Since we have two expressions equal to y, setting
  ys equal would be most efficient.
• Simply set the expressions equal to each other
  and solve for x.

substitution would be most efficient. Simply
plug in the expression for x into the other
