at national level, with 3,4 members,

concerning Tripartite Consultation. And to
strengthened the role of Tripartite Consultation
,President Republic Of Indonesia issued
Government Regulation No. 8 of 2005 on Tripartite
Cooperation Body.
6The Existing Trade Union Within Social Dialogue
- Trade Union have actively regard discussion and
meeting with others tripartite parties
(Government, Employers Org) to formulate and
maintain policies of employment policies. - Exp. Regularly meeting to discuss the impact
of global crisis and make strategy to tackle the
crisis. Seat together to decide wages policies.

8BIPARTITE COOPERATION
- The Ministry Of Manpower Decree No. 255/2003
stipulates that the LKS Bipartite Consists of 6
to 20 permanent members that comprises equal
number of delegates from management and workers. - The task of bipartite cooperation in workplace,
sharing information, discussing, consultation,
and negotiation with plan level union. - Reports its activities once semester to the
manpower office.

small cooperative in Jambi, furniture home
industry in Tangerang, brick in Aceh,etc. - Most of informal economy project has stressing to
dismissal workers.
