Strategic Plan Framework
  • The University Strategic Priorities will
    establish the areas of focus.
  • Each organizational unit will develop their own
    specific action plans for how their unit will
    move the university forward in each of the
    Strategic Priorities (effectively moving us
    toward our vision together).
  • We are currently finalizing a plan for the
    implementation process and timeline.

Next Steps Fall 05
  • Continue campus community discussions via
    Convocation, Town Hall Meetings, our web site
    (www.csusm.edu/plan), and invited meetings.
  • Finalize process for connecting Strategic
    Priorities to the allocation of resources
  • Provide support to academic units
  • Further investigate data related needs (e.g.,
    data to help identify needs, evaluate progress,
    etc.)
