    of Toledos History these 3 projects alone
    approximately 80 Million

  • Consent Decree signed 12/16/02
  • Supported by a public vote in July 2002

  • If you own more than one business, each business
    must be certified separately
  • Businesses outside Ohio must submit a current MBE
    or WBE certification from the home state
  • It is your responsibility to contact our office
    for recertification or with any changes in
    business structure or contact information
  • Pick a generalized category for your business
    type and be specific when describing your goods
    and/or services
  • There is no formal appeal process for denied
    applications
  • All materials submitted are public record. Any
    financial statements or records shall remain
    confidential to the extent permitted by law
