EduNet project

• 4/2003 Ministry of Education and Training (MoET)
  and Ministry of Post and Telematic (MPT) signed
  an agreement for opening officially EduNet
  project
• 7/2003 other agreement with EVN (Electricity
  VN)
• 12/2003 we finish to connect 96 upper secondary
  schools to Internet ! Good success!

• Prices of e-Learning products are still high.
• First, lack of understanding about eL
• Lack of e-Learning content. Therefore, creating
  content is the first step of implementing.
• The speed of Internet connection in school is
  still low.

• But the question is not buy or buy ?
• The answer is When to buy! Not How to buy!
• Because no courses, we dont need LMS !
• So, first of all, we must use authoring tools for
  creating the courses !
• In 2-3 years, we take account to buy LMS. Not
  immediately!
• Who developing the courses ? We must motivate our
  teachers and our students to do !
