• There are four main characters.
• Roscoro- a rat who is sneaky and lives in the
  castle. He also killed the queen.
• Despereaux- a mouse who doesnt follow the rules.
  He loves the princess and gets sent to jail
  because of his love.
• Pea- a princess who lives in the castle. She
  almost would have died because Mig put a knife
  over her.
• Mig- a slave who works in the castle and dungeon.
  She is also the daughter of the jail keeper. She
  also got tricked by roscoro.

1cup of plot

• It all starts when a rat,, mouse and
  slave were born. They lived in the castle.
  Despereaux got put in the dungeon. That is when
  the rat escaped he tricked the slave to hold a
  knife over the princess. The mouse went to save
  the princess but the rats got him. Since he
  didnt have sharp teeth desperaux got his needle
  and pocked the rats with it. Then all the rats
  ran away. Then Desperaux.

• The part that scared me the most was when Gregory
  said. They will strip all the fur from your
  flesh and the flesh of your bones. When they are
  done with you there will be nothing left but red
  string and bones. My reaction was terrified and
  plain out scared! That was the most scariest part
  in the book I think. Well there is some more
  scarier parts but you will have to read the book
  to find out!
