• The Association of Cost Engineers Engineering
  Manufacturing Committee held a training and
  seminar day on 2nd November 2005.
• It was open to all who are interested in topics
  that affect the cost of manufactured products,
  from Design Engineers to Cost Reduction Managers,
• This event presented opportunities for gaining
  new knowledge and skills for the attendees.
• The event was held at the Heritage Motor Centre,
  Gaydon in Warwickshire, UK.

• The event was run in two parts
•         The morning saw guest speakers
  delivering a choice of nine presentations
  covering some of the key issues facing
  procurement specialists, cost engineers and
  managers, and
•         The afternoon was devoted to hands on
  experience with exercises aimed at developing key
  skills allowing attendees to deliver real
  benefits to their companies from their
  attendance.
