CELEBRATING PRIMARY CARE RESEARCH IN NORTH WEST

The collaborative organisations listed below have
joined together for the first time to bring a
significant primary care research event to our
region. The event will offer an opportunity to
celebrate the diversity of local research through
a showcase of presentations by local researchers.
Through an open-space session in the afternoon,
we will be asking delegates to participate in
interactive sessions that we hope will inspire
and generate ideas for building future research
capabilities within our organisations. In
addition there will poster presentations
throughout the day from various organisations
linked to health care research. We are pleased to
announce that the keynote speech will be
delivered by Marc Taylor, Head of Policy Research
Governance at the DH. The event will appeal
to all NHS managers/clinicians within the North
West of Yorkshire, including all NHS independent
practitioners, who have a keen interest in
promoting or conducting research. It will be an
informative and valuable research event so please
come along and join us.

places will be offered on a first come first
