approach. activated in normal lessons.
Deals with Colour, shape, 3D pattern, rhythm,
meaning/experience awareness prefers to look at
the whole picture.

- Plenty of fresh air

- A desk near a window
- Ideal temperature 18 degrees
- Resources equipment at hand
- Good chair to match desk height
- Motivational poster!
- Music.ideally no lyrics and quiet!
14Planning your work session
- Set yourself an objective
- Estimate your limits dont do too much
- 30-40 minutes are best
- 5-10 minute breaks are all you need
- Plan in a review period to check what you have
done - 5-6 session per half day is best and REVIEW
everything in the evening.
