The Left Half (Academic Brain)
The Right Half (Creative Brain)
Deals with Order, Sequences, logic, numbers,
words,Language. Likes a step by step
approach. activated in normal lessons.
Deals with Colour, shape, 3D pattern, rhythm,
meaning/experience awareness prefers to look at
the whole picture.

  • It is important that you use your most successful

  • Equally important to mix them up then you will

  • See failure as temporary
  • Speak act positively enthusiastically

Your workspace an ideal
  • Plenty of fresh air
  • Natural light
  • A desk near a window
  • Ideal temperature 18 degrees
  • Resources equipment at hand
  • Good chair to match desk height
  • Motivational poster!
  • Music.ideally no lyrics and quiet!

Planning your work session
  • Set yourself an objective
  • Estimate your limits dont do too much
  • 30-40 minutes are best
  • 5-10 minute breaks are all you need
  • Plan in a review period to check what you have
    done
  • 5-6 session per half day is best and REVIEW
    everything in the evening.
