  • Captains must Finalize their teams on the
    Corporate Challenge Web site on or after this
    date. Dont forget!

  • Click Finalize Team Roster
  • An excel sheet of your team will then be
    available for printing
  • If you are paying for all team members by check,
    please see the Corporate Challenge Web site for
    instructions, and the date by which to have
    payment submitted.

Wellness Reimbursement
  • 10 Captain fees will be reimbursed to captains
    and the 30 race entrance fee will be reimbursed?
    to Trust enrollees by the Erie 1 BOCES Health
    Benefits Plan Trust. A Wellness Reimbursement
    Form must be submitted by each individual to the
    Trust office.
  • Standard wellness reimbursement rules apply.

  • Print and fill out the Form
  • Submit the Form as stated to the Trust office
  • As part of the current wellness reimbursement
    program. 100 per single plan/150 per family
    plan. If an enrollee has already used this full
    amount within the 2008-09 school year, then they
    are no longer eligible for this offer.

Corporate Challenge Guest Rules
  • Walkers/runners must be at least 18 years old and
    an employee of the teams company to enter the
    race.
  • Not all districts have complied with this rule in
    the past. To ease the transition, the Trust will
    welcome a guest of an employee for a 15 fee to
    cover the T-shirt, food and beverage in the
    Trust tent.
  • To know the size T-shirt of guests, please fill
    out the guest roster and fax back to Sally at
    821-7452.
  • This fee does not register them for the race.
    Guest names are needed no later than May 18th.

The Tent
  • Trust T-shirts must be worn by all participants
    in order to be served food.
  • School districts will be provided with their own
    wrist band color so that they may know who else
    works for their school district.
  • This years menu will reflect last years survey
    response for lighter fare.
  • Beverages will be non-alcoholic. Participants may
    bring their own alcohol however . please see the
    next captain responsibilities slide.

Captain Responsibilities
  • Must communicate/organize with their team
  • Distribute T-shirts
  • Provide time of arrival, directions, parking
  • Runners numbers
  • Team sign-in on June 4th from 515 630 p.m.
  • Team time tally (to decided team winners)
  • To ensure cleaning/pickup by 830 p.m.
  • The Trust will not be responsible for the
    cleaning up of alcoholic beverages brought into
    the Tent.

Promotional Banners
  • Signs for your buildings have been provided. If
    you did not receive them, please contact Sally
    Summa.
  • Remember to write in your captain name and
    contact information on the poster that was sent
    to you (by e-mail as well as courier/mail), so
    that all know who to their district captain.
  • You are welcome to display one school banner
    within the tent, should room allow.

Status of Preparations
  • Tent
  • A general location of the tent will not be
    provided to the Trust until that day. Please look
    for an e-mail on the 4th with location details.
  • T-shirts and Wristbands
  • Will be sent to each Captain by June 1st.
  • If we cannot send these via courier we will
    contact you directly.

T-shirts
  • T-shirts will be lime green in color with a
    design on the front reading Trust Health and
    Wellness. A listing of all Trust participating
    school districts will be on the back of the
    shirt.
  • T-shirts will be couriered from Erie 1 BOCES the
    week of May 26th to captains.
  • It is the responsibility of the captain of each
    team to distribute T-shirts to their team.

Team Check-in /Wristbands
  • Team check-in tables will be designated by
    district name and corresponding wristband.
  • A packet of wristbands will be provided to all
    Captains by June 1st. Team captains are
    responsible for distributing wristbands as it is
    for your convenience.
  • This event is an excellent way to meet people
    from other districts. We hope that the wristbands
    will encourage this, and also help teammates to
    find each other quickly.

Runners Numbers Pick Up
  • A running bib number for each team member is
    being organized by Fleet Feet into a packet for
    your team name with pins for attaching onto
    shirts the day of the race.
  • It is the captains responsibility to pick up the
    packet at Fleet Feet for their team and
    distribute the bib numbers either the day of the
    race or preferably ahead of time.

Shuttle Service and Race Details
  • Course Map
  • A race course map is available at
    http//www.jpmorganchasecc.com under
    Maps/Directions/Transportation.
  • Parking and Shuttle Service
  • It is strongly recommend that off-site parking
    and free shuttle service be used due to limited
    parking. Parking is available at Buffalo State
    College, Lots M and L. Free shuttle bus service
    will run between the race site and Lot L on the
    following schedule
  • Shuttle Schedule
  • Pre-race 400 p.m. to 615 p.m. (Priority goes
    to entrants.)
  • Post-race 830 p.m. to 1000 p.m.
  • PLEASE NOTE
  • No parking is permitted on the grass in/around
    Delaware Park or at Medaille College.

Time Table for June 4th
  • 5 p.m. - Team Captains arrive for quick meeting,
    arrange their check in tables.
  • 515 p.m. - Runner check-in w/ captains begin.
  • 545 p.m. - Snacks/drinks will be available.
  • 630 p.m. - Runner check-in w/ captains ends.
  • 645 p.m. - Race begins.
  • 715 - 815 p.m. Dinner buffet line open.
  • 830 p.m. - Trust begins to close/clean up
    tent.
  • 830 p.m. - Captains communicate with their
    teams that the tent will be closing shortly and
    to pick up any trash they may have left.
  • 9 p.m. - Tent will be closed, secured for break
    down by All Seasons rental.
