Exporting Gradebook Detail to PASS

• Step 1 Call or email Nancy Hornung or Diana
  Murphey and let them know that you wish to have
  your Gradebook detail displayed in PASS. They
  will create the link on your students
  Schedule/Progress PASS pages.

Open up Gradebook

Go to Web on menu

Select Progress Export (PASS)

Click on Gradebooks and highlight which classes
you want to export

Choose what assignment or group details to
include

Choose what detail options you want displayed

Choose a date range for your assignments

Add a personal message if you like

Click on Exportthats it!

Want to see what your pages look like?

• Final Step Ask Nancy or Diana for a PIN number
  for a student in your class, go to the PASS link
  on the LHS website, put in the ID number and PIN
  and you can see how your pages will look to
  parents and students.

Points to consider

• Are you using some unique code or shorthand for
  how you word your assignments? Will parents
  understand what the names of the assignments are?
• Are you using ass. for the word assignment or
  some other questionable shorthand?
• Do you have grammatical errors in your Gradebook?
