  • THEA (state-approved assessment tests), find
    out what exemptions exist.

  • Frequency of offense. Is there a pattern?
  • Type of offense. (drugs)
  • Seriousness of the offense. (felony/bodily harm)
  • How recent? (probation)
  • Arrest record never goes away unless expunged.
