Yale Homebuyer Program
  • The easiest and least expensive commuting choices
    are
  • available to those people who live near their
    jobs.
  • Over 900 Yale employees have taken advantage of
    this program that provides up to 30,000 towards
    a purchase of a home in a number of neighborhoods
    in New Haven.

Benefits Guaranteed Ride Home
If you regularly take transit or rideshare in a
carpool or vanpool, you can receive a free taxi
ride to your destination in the event of an
emergency that leaves you without your usual
transportation.

On-campus Parking
  • If you dont need to park on campus every day
  • You can call the parking office at 432-9790 to
    purchase daily campus parking on your credit card
    at 8 per day. The value is loaded onto your Yale
    ID card which you use to access your parking area
  • If you do need to park on campus every day
  • Purchase an annual parking permit at
