experience and exposure to the vocational
rehabilitation program. Internships are
encouraged with colleges and universities whose
programs meet the requirement of the
Comprehensive System of Personnel Development
(CSPD) standards in order to maximize the
departments opportunities to hire qualified
graduates as Vocational Rehabilitation
Counselors. The Internship experience consists of
working hands-on with individuals with
disabilities in providing an array of services
that will result in the individual becoming
