  • 84 are currently satisfied the 14 below are not

  • 0.111 GridPP tape storage made available to
    LCG/EGEE.

Shortage of Hardware (wrt planning) This
reflects the slower than planned ramp-up of
resources at the institutes. Tier-2 Report
suggests this is recovering. Low usage of
resources Mitigates the above. Tier-1 Report
shows 2004 56 CPU 48 Disk. 2005 42 CPU
64 Disk.

Milestones
A total of 262 milestones defined 54 (21) have
been completed in the first 20 of the project.
There are 4 milestones shown as overdue 0.37
Full Tier-1 Team in place. 0.53 Accounting
package deployed and R-GMA configured at GridPP
sites. 2.4.1 Security GridPP GACL parsing and
policy. 2.4.11 Security Integration of VOMS
interface to GridSite lightweight groups.
Advertisements being prepared for last two posts.
Done at 70 of sites (metric requires 90).
In fact these are done.

Change Forms
Five change forms have been enacted during this
period as follows Ganga deliverable 3.2.1 and
3.2.2 have each been delayed by four
months. PhenoGrid deliverable 3.5.7 has been
delayed by 6 months. Interoperability milestones
6.2.1 and 6.2.2 have been delayed to Oct/05 and
Jan/06 respectively

Risk Register
Seven high risks identified
R10-LCG and R10-Apps External middleware
dependence.
R22-LCG, R22-Apps, R22-PRO Hardware resources
inadequate.
R32-PRO Security inadequate to operate Grid.
R40-Apps Lack of future funding.

Tier-1 Hardware
  • Some work needs to be done updating v26b
    described at GridPP12
  • Provisional 20 increase in Hardware budget needs
    to be added
  • ADS planning is currently being re-done with
    better input.
  • Delay of 2005 hardware purchase needs to be
