What can we see
  • We are able so see a variety of things!

  • There must be an active light emitter such as a
    light bulb.
  • Since the light bulb is where the light
    originates, it is called the primary light
    source.
  • There must also be an illuminated object which in
    our case will be a book.

Whats the role of light and your eye?
  • Your eye needs a source of light to see objects
    otherwise you are unable to see anything.
  • Light from a source (such as a light bulb)
    bounces off an object (such as a book) and the
    light is redirected into your eye.
