  • Relates history of three cans of beer the
    previous evening HNV since then

Objective Data
  • prostate enlargement on digital rectal exam
  • hematuria and WBCs in urine
  • palpable bladder above umbilicus
  • PSA test 6ng/ml (normal 0-4ng/ml)
  • indwelling catheter inserted by MD
  • admitted to hospital
