Data on Consulting Firms (DACON)
  • The ADB asks consulting firms to regularly update
their registrations in the DACON. To make sure
that all the registrations are up-to-date, the
ADB will in future deactivate registrations that
have not been updated for two years or more.
Consulting firms whose registrations have been
deactivated will no longer be eligible to bid for
    ADB assignments.
  • We will start deactivating dormant registrations
on 1 July 2004. We ask all the concerned
consulting firms to update their registrations on
    or before 30 June 2004.
  • Time limit for completing DACON registrations
  • The ADB asks consulting firms to complete the
registration process within three (3) months
after ADB approves their registration requests.
After three months the ADB considers registration
requests dormant and deletes them. Only firms
that have completed the registration requirements
and have DACON numbers are eligible to bid for
    ADB assignments.
