Components Motorized Screen

• Quiet motor, controlled from sound table or
  sequenced with projector.
• Recommended screen size width should be 1/6th of
  distance to back row (60)

• Provide notebook computer for use at sound table

Components - Displays

• Provide additional 15 monitor at sound table for
  preview of content before going on the big
  screen
• Provide 24 monitor for front of sanctuary for
  view by musicians and pastor

Computer Connections

• Two different computers may be connected to the
  projector
• Sound table
• Pulpit jack
• These are switched at the sound table

Components Slides Control

• Interlink Controller (VP4350)
• Simple navigation of slides
• Laser pointer
• 100 range, using 2.4GHz RF (Radio Frequency)
• USB computer connection

DVD Recorder

• Provides Progressive Scan DVD and VHS playback
  and recording, and allows easy connection of
  other video sources (cameras, etc.)

Exceptions

• Projector will require power outlet installed by
  electrician (not included in pricing proposal).
• Design may require moving of existing electrical
  fixtures (not included).
• Will be happy to sub-contract electrical

• Connectivity Works furnishes and installs all
  ancillary hardware and high quality A/V cabling.
• All equipment is covered by manufacturers
  warranties.
• Connectivity Works provides 180 days labor
  warranty
