year are involved.
  • Fairtrade Group, Viva, a young enterprise
    organisation. (Approx. 35 members)
  • Sixth year life group
  • Helping out with the facilitation of group for
    younger years
  • Talks about the issue of life
  • Attending Masses and Conferences
  • School Newspaper
  • Lasallian Developing World Projects
  • 10 pupils currently involved in fundraising for
    projects next summer
  • Debate Club

How the Parent Council can support Sixth year
  • Supporting events organised by sixth year
  • Encouraging younger pupils to give to the various
    charity campaigns and to support sixth year
    activities
  • Continuing to give sixth year the independence to
    organise their own events
  • Continuing to encourage sixth year to become as
    involved as possible in events occuring within
    the school
  • Recognising the contribution of sixth year to the
    life of the school
