• Strong comittment (vision, mission statement)
• Universities must become living universities
  i.e. do yourself what you are teaching
• Involve the students and staff - continious
  learning
• Support ESD networks within the universities
• Use existing management tools and change them for
  your own needs
• ESD must be rewarding for the people involved!
