Preliminary conclusions

• -EBPH can be implemented bottom-up with a
  pragmatic approach at the national level
• -Dissemination was quicker (!) where a given
  arena was lacking than in an arena where existing
  methods had to be replaced
• -Feasibility trumped evidence
