Double click in the CPT column

Click the Sec. Ins. Pays Button
Select Secondary Insur. Pmt from the list
Click OK

Enter the amount of the payment
Click OK

Click OK
Select the procedures to credit the payment to
and then link the payments when the dialog
windows pop up
