7Vision for teachers
- To develop critical reflection on professional
practice - To update teachers on recent, significant
research findings - To work with departments to move forward on AfL
work. The intention is to give this work a
sharper focus and be more systematic about the
action research process. - To develop collaboration, teacher confidence and
expertise through enquiry/ action research - To build on the work in primary schools
- To develop good practice to be disseminated.
