History of HST/EIP databases in EMRO

• 1993-94 the first relational database was
  developed using Pascal C programming language and
  Quatro Pro software for reporting.
• 1996-1997 a second database was developed to
  follow WHO standards in programming software, i.e
  Foxpro and Visual Basic.
• 1998-1999 the current database was developed
  using Power builder as front end and SQL as back
  end.
