Steps To Creating Digital Video using MovieMaker

• Choose video content
• Connect video capture device
• Capture content
• Save movie file
• Send movie file
• View video
• Share video

Connecting Digital Camera to PC

• Install USB drivers if needed
• Disconnect DVC from PC setup drivers.
• Locate USB cable
• Most cameras come with a USB cable
• Similar to USB cable used for digital cameras
• Connect small end to DVC USB connector
• Connect large end to USB port on PC
• Verify XP recognizes new hardware

Using MovieMaker

• Launch MovieMaker
• Select Capture Video
• Follow instructions using Capture Video wizard
• Save Movie wizard
• Follow instructions using Save Movie wizard
• Drag captured clips from collections to
  storyboard
