  to childrens books
• Aimed at ages 5 to 10
• Makes reading books a more active activity
• Make good books even more fun to read

• Activities
• Tap the reading wand (digital pen) to hear a
  question about the story.
• Answer the question by tapping the answer
  directly in the text of the story.
• Read the story out loud and record it with an
  individual tape recorder built into each page
• Use the tape recorder to make other kinds of
  voice annotations.
• Evaluation
• Kids (ages 5, 7, 8, 8, and 10) were motivated to
  finish the book
• Activities were fun
• Questions were a little too easy
• Future work
• Vocabulary helper
• More challenge, more excitement
