Community is the soil from which learning grows
evolutionary psychology and behavioural
genetics show that surviving in groups has always
been a crucial part of what it is to be human. To
do that we need to be accepted, to belong, to be
affiliated or to fit in

  building, peer mentoring and restorative
  practices
• Pupils leading major working groups ECO group,
  school council
• S6 Prefect management run big school events
• Rich Tasks collaborative working across subject
