• Todays NASA TV one channel, analog, from one
  site at a time
• Link all centers via ATM, 8Mbps QOS
• All centers with 422 MPEG-2 Codecs
• One center programs and multi-plexes MPEG-2
  video, uplinks signal to satellite
• Can also be used for private network, backhaul
  video between centers

• All centers have different library systems with
  motion picture film and every analog and digital
  tape format imaginable
• Standardize broadcast quality archival video
  format, web access preview format, meta-data, and
  data management systems
• Result should be google type search of NASA
  video content
