each color, red, green and/or blue, a monitor
must emit for you to see the color on the
spectrum bar below.
3This diagram is a little more confusing, because
instead of showing what you do see, its trying
to show you what you dont see. An example If
you use yellow, you will not see blue. So if you
want to see blue you can use magenta and cyan to
stop any red or green cones from firing, thus
only blue cones will fire. If you want purple
instead of blue, you can add some yellow (to the
cyan and magenta) to block the blue cones closer
to the green part of the spectrum. More examples
in the chart below.
