Hi Mark Yesterday, I played in the final of the
school football championships. Everyone expected
last years champions to win the competition, but
we beat them in the semi-finals.
However, we knew we couldnt win the final as
our opponents, The Dragons, were a very good
team. The crowd cheered as we ran onto the
pitch, but we all felt very nervous. It was a hot
day, so it was tiring to run . Our
gatekeeper played in the first half and
