• Passport to Safety Test (for workers age 20)
• Identical content and format as the Teen
  Challenge
• Adult situational questions, adult wording
• Supervisor Assessment
• Gives a score based on Supervisor knowledge, not
  a certificate
• 75 Questions in the following sections
• Section 1 Workplace Rights and Responsibilities
• Section 2 Common Workplace Hazards
• Section 3 Addressing Health and Safety in the
  Workplace

Process for test takers

• Receive a wallet card OR a PIN and password from
  the employer
• Log on to the internet at home or at work and
  visit www.passporttosafety.com/youth or
  www.passporttosafety.com/english
• Change the password, complete the profile, and
  take the test
• Print off the certificate of completion/transcript
  /report
• PLUS update the transcript
