What is Praise and Worship Dance ?

• Praise Dance is a generic term adopted to define
  dancing before the Lord. You use your body as an
   expression of a thought or idea through gestures
  and movement .
• Psalms 1493 says Let them praise HIS name in
  the dance!

Why Did I Decide To Continue The MBC Dancers
Again ?

• Dancing is my passion
• Working with the youth gives them a chance to do
  something positive .
• Raises their self-esteem
• Keeps their bodies in shape

Conclusion

• For me the past two years of doing the MBC
  Dancers has been a wonderful experience , and I
  hope that I can continue to lead the MBC dancers
  for many years to come !
