Put the URL of your preferred website in here
click save. Eg if you want Radio National science
podcasts, put in http//www.abc.net.au/rn/podcast/
feeds/mind.xml

Juice will then check this feed URL for recent
podcasts from Radio Nationals Science show.
Clicking on Check for new podcasts will dowload
podcasts that you have missed.

Clicking on file then preferences will allow
you to direct juice to put the downloads into
your own mp3 or podcast directors on your
computer.
Click browse to locate your preferred storage
area on your computer

The last step is to download to your MP3 player
as normal. Sit back enjoy your latest science
mathematics podcast.
