Payment Share Transfer

• The undersigned hereby certifies that the
  identified contract has been modified to reflect
  a transfer of participant shares in the contract.
  Effective upon NRCS approval, it is agreed that
  subsequent payments and application of all the
  contract provisions will be applied in accordance
  with the share percentage as denoted in the new
  payment shares.

Land Transfer

• Assumption of obligation not assumed
• If transferee does not assume contract,
  transferor is subject to violation of contract
• Assumption of obligation
• add the transferee as a participant to the new
  contract and verify eligibility
• prepare a modification to add new owner as
  participant
• execute a transfer agreement, NRCS-CPA-152
• adjust contract shares

Land Transfer

• The undersigned hereby certifies that the present
  participant has transferred to the new
  participant the following right and interest in
  the land unit described in the contract. By
  this transfer, it is agreed
• The new participant agrees to be bound by all the
  terms and conditions of the contract that shall
  be the same as the rights of the present
  participant
• The new participant agrees to his right to cost
  shares or other assistance under the contract
  shall be the same as the rights of the present
  participant
• The NRCS agrees to provide cost sharing and other
  assistance necessary to the new and present
  participants under the contract. Cost sharing
  and assistance provided under this transfer
  agreement shall be in accordance with applicable
  program rules and regulations
• NRCS-CPA-152 expires 9/30/09
