  one eye, mother lame in one leg, family relies on
  raising crops for income, yearly income is

  support her and her brother

• 1. Set up separate Dream Corps scholarship fund
  based on merit
• Encourages those students who have already
  demonstrated their commitment to their studies
• Allows for a public awards ceremony
• Builds a stronger incentive system for the rural
  students to apply themselves to their studies.
