  • PHeL is a gateway

  • Originally developed from the European
    Multilingual Thesaurus on Health Promotion.

The NATIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH LANGUAGE(NPHL)
  • Will soon supersede the HDA Public Health
    Thesaurus.
  • A joint initiative between the HDA and the
    ERPHOs.
  • Integrates the HDAs Thesaurus, PHITS and terms
    from the DH Taxonomy and Government Category
    List.
  • To be launched in a Public Health and
    Interoperability seminar on the 20 of December
    2004 in London people interested in Public
    Health and Interoperability welcome.
