Conclusions
  • Two different architectures of MB-OFDM Mode-1
    frequency synthesizer are proposed.
  • The single PLL based architecture can reduce the
    occupied die area by loop filters, and the power
    dissipation can be decreased by the coupled
    structure and current-reuse technique.
    Experimental results show the better in-band spur
    performance.
  • The PLL and DLL based architecture is fit to
    integration of transceiver with the better yield,
    and it has the lowest power consumption among the
    published works.
