Service Unit Bonus!
Using the number of girls registered by June 1,
2009 as a baseline if the Service Unit has 65
of the June 1, 2009 number of girls registered by
October 1, 2009 AND the Service Unit as a whole
has a 30 can per girl average for girls
participating, the Service Unit will receive .05
per can.

Initial Order Pick-up
  • Take a print-out of your order to the delivery
    station
  • Count everything before you sign your receipt
  • Dont separate girl orders at the delivery
    station!
  • Separate girl orders before notifying families
    that product is in
  • Prepare an M-3 receipt for each family picking up
    product
  • Distribute girls money envelopes with their
    product
  • KEEP ALL SIGNED RECEIPTS
  • Do not store product in a car, direct sunlight, a
    garage, on a
  • cement floor, porch, patio, or in any warm place

Cupboard Procedures
  • Troops may pick-up product at any GSGLA cupboard
  • Make a reservation in GreenBeans-48 hours notice
    is recommended
  • Volunteers MUST be entered in Troop Contacts
  • section of GreenBeans to pick up product at
    the cupboard
  • Authorization to Pick-up Product Forms are
    available for cupboards
  • without computer access
  • Authorized contacts should be prepared to show
    ID
  • Troops may exchange damaged product for
    replacement of
  • like product only
  • All other exchanges must be for the same
    monetary value
  • through November 16th, 2009 only

Boothing Guidelines
Daisy Girl Scouts may participate at
the discretion of parents and the troop
leader. Refer to your Troop and S/U
Program Guides for additional updates on
guidelines

Money Matters
  • Always use receipts
  • Make deposits promptly and frequently
  • Deposit funds and authorize first ACH debit on
    November 17
  • Deposit remaining Fall Product funds and
    authorize final
  • ACH debit on December 1
  • Returned checks forwarded to Regional PSA within
    7 days
  • Submit Discrepancy Reports to S/U Chair by
    December 3rd
