The work of the holy spirit

• Was to reveal Gods word to inspired men and to
  confirm that word with miracles.
• However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come,
  He will guide you into all truth. (John 1613).
• God also bearing witness both with signs and
  wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the
  Holy Spirit, according to His own will. (Heb.
  24)
• And they went out and preached everywhere, the
  Lord working with them and confirming the word
  through the accompanying signs. Amen. (Mark

• Baptism of the Holy Spirit was promised to and
  given only to the apostles.
• Truly the signs of an apostle were accomplished
  among you with all perseverance, in signs and

• I thank my God I speak with tongues more than

• The need and purpose for spiritual gifts has
  ceased because we now have the written word the
  New Testament.
