  • Welcome to the Framingham High School History and
    Social Sciences!
  • Our department is made up of a wonderful group of
teachers with interesting and unique backgrounds.
We collaborate regularly with each other in an
effort to create lessons that all our students
    will find creative and challenging.
  • At the core of our curricula is the theme of
learning about others and respecting difference,
whether it be due to changing eras in history or
social factors in the contemporary world.
  • We hope you enjoy viewing our interactive slide
show and your visit to our website.
  • Sincerely,
  • Frank Rothwell, ext. 1250

  • United States History This is one of the most
difficult AP tests to receive a passing score yet

1998, 100 of FHS students taking the test have
    passed since 1999!

the first time in 2003. Twenty-eight students
took the test six received 4s and the other
    twenty-two received perfect 5s!
  • Psychology This course is new to FHS for the
    2003-2004 school year.
