Introduction
  • Our Aircraft Test Ground Equipment project
    pertains to Development Production of Support
    Equipment required for Maintenance
    serviceability checks of various fighter
    Aircrafts owned by Indian Air Force.

Features
  • The systems are modular, portable and
    reconfigurable with a great growth capacity for
    incorporating new test requirements.
  • These are transportable systems, composed of
    low-weight, low-volume ruggedized boxes designed
    to comply with military shock and vibration
    specifications.
  • The system software is the result of component
    oriented design and object oriented programming,
    allowing for easy maintenance and potential
    reuse.

Mirage 2000Servo Actuator Test Set

Mirage 2000Dispenser Test Set
  • Testing of Aircraft Dispensers of Counter-Measure
    Dispensing Set
  • Signal Command Generated by the Counter-Measure
    System Generate High-Current Fire Pulses which
    are sequentially routed to the cartridges in the
    dispenser magazine
  • This test set receives and evaluates firing
    signals for proper sequence and adequate firing
    power.
  • Visual indicators for test results are provided.

Mirage 2000Stray Voltage Test Set
  • Support test equipment for performing stray
    voltage test on aircraft dispensers of the
    countermeasures Dispensing set.
  • Designed for use as a safe and accurate means of
    checking the contact pins on the dispensers for
    the presence of any stray voltage prior to
    loading the dispenser magazines containing the
    electrical explosive devices.
  • During flight-line check out, it connects
    directly to the breech plate output (contact
    pins) of a dispenser to detect unacceptable
    levels of stray voltage.
  • The test set provides continuity detector
    self-test features to ensure the test set is
    operational.

  • The DM/VFT is the communication backbone of
    Indian Air Forces Low Speed Messaging on TROPO
    Network.
  • It is a versatile multiplexing platform for
    providing flexible solutions for all types of
    data communication needs, allowing a number of
    data and Tele - Printer lines to be multiplexed
    on to a composite channel which may be a 64 Kbps
    data channel or a voice grade channel. It allows
    Intelligent Message Terminals, Tele - Printer
    machines or data terminals to be connected to
    remote compatible terminal equipment. It allows
    flexible terminal configurations and provides for
    easy and economical network expansion.

Automated Message Switching System
  • AEM's AMSS is the backbone of Indian Telegraphy
    Network with country wide installations. It
    provides an automated mechanism to receive,
    store, analyze and route prioritized messages to
    intended destinations.
  • The system's objective is to minimize in-transit
    delays and inter - work with various modes of
    communication, viz. Tele - Printer lines (TP),
    Data channels through modems, normal RS232C
    lines, X.25 lines, Dialup lines Telex lines on
    any telecommunication network.
  • The system provides facilities for routing,
    congestion control, prioritized queuing,
    supervisory tasks and encoding of messages.
  • The architecture provides for fail - safe
    functioning with built in redundancy and low Mean
    Time To Repair.
