7The Project Begins
- 3 of the identified objectives
- Empowering children and young people to bring
change to the health care system through
participation in workshops via community groups,
nursery groups and in schools. - Children, young people and their carers will be
aware of their existing rights within health
services in Scotland by adapting the EACH
Charter, piloting workshops and creating a
community toolkit (the resource DVDs). - Young people will have opportunities to consider
how they can make best use of services available
to them when they are ill by rolling out
workshops and sharing best practice with others.
