Conclusions

• THS contre-indiqué en cas dantécédent récent et
  documenté de thrombose veineuse.
• Meilleure tolérance des estrogènes transdermiques
• Pas destrogènes oraux aux femmes présentant un
  risque augmenté de thrombose veineuse (présence
  dune mutation thrombogène, obésité)
