1. Develop vaccine and antiviral supplies and
establish a nation-wide tracking system
  • Establish dedicated supplies of vaccine and
    antivirals for rapid response.
  • Authorize and appropriate sufficient funds to
    establish an antiviral stockpile with sufficient
    drugs to treat 50 of the US population.
  • Develop a coordinated plan for allocation and
    distribution of vaccine and antivirals.
  • Ensure proper distribution, and if necessary,
    redistribuition with real-time tracking.
  • Maintain and strengthen surveillance of vaccine
    efficacy, distribution, uptake and impact.
