Findings Pre Interventions

• Baseline Scenario
• Firewood the main source of fuel for majority of
  household (NA 80 and Yasin Valley 96)
• High fuel requirement due to house non-thermal
  construction methods
• Firewood shortage through out the year,
  especially in winter
• Firewood prices rapidly growing, it more
  expensive in the remote/cold areas due to
  transportation cost.
• 47 household buy firewood

  to 5.46 tons of CO2 with
• 77 houses have 2 products- saving 5 tons of
  firewood yearly.
