Justice Systems - Police Science from Lorain
County Community College, Roger Watkins started
his career in law enforcement in 1997 as a Patrol
Officer with the Lorain Police Department.

system were not disregarded. Only two of the
awards he has received, the Lorain Police Good
Conduct Award and the Lorain Police Commendation
Medal, speak highly of his character, commitment,
and contributions.
