Cubic Block Type Graphite Heat Exchangers

• Cubic block type Graphite Heat Exchangers have

  and bolted together. Each cubic block has two
  sets of holes one set of holes runs axially throw
  adjacent blocks carrying corrosive process. We

Falling film HCL Absorbers

• Falling film HCL absorbers is similar in
  constructional design to Cubic Block Graphite
  Heat Exchangers in vertical Position.It has a
  number of Cubic shape Graphite Block stacked
  together vertical alignment on top of the stock
  of blocks is mounted a distributor block evenly
  distributing Absorption water through wires into
  vertical holes. This creates a thin film of water
  flowing down to the inner surface of the
  holes.Hydrogen chloride Gas flowing
  co-currently down words is continuously absorbed
  into the film of water. Heat of mixing is
  continuously carried away by cooling water

Sulfuric Acid Dilutors

• Sulfuric Acid dilutor cooler is used for
  continuous production of desired dilute sulfuric
  Acid of desired concentration and temperature.
  Its design is similar to cubic block Graphite
  Heat Exchanger fitted with a mixing head at
  Inlet.Dilution water and concentrated Acid
  flowing through concentric passages mix in the
  mixing head and flow through multiple pass cubic
  block heat exchanger to achieve thorough mixing.
  Cooling water passing through the service side
  cools the mixture simultaneously to produce cool
  Sulphuric Acid of desired concentration and
  temperature at the outlet. As no moving
  components are used in the equipment, it is
  preferred over convensional mixers and coolers
